About Danish Standards Foundation

Danish Standards holds the secretariat of the European standardisation committee CEN/TC 52 that develops the standards that embody the European Toy Safety Directive.

Danish Standards also holds the secretariat of the international toy safety committee ISO/TC 181.

In holding both secretariats Danish Standards work actively for the harmonisation of the safety standards that apply in the various regions of the toy markets throughout the world.
